How Marvin Achi Got His Instagram Name 'Shredded to the Core'
"Shredded to the core is not just a name
I created my Instagram 7 years ago (2014) which was around the same time I stepped into the gym for the first time.
At the time I was really skinny and that was when everyone called me starving Marvin😂
I didn't know anything about fitness, but I knew I wanted to get big & shredded maybe that will stop people from calling me starving Marvin😒
So in 2014 while I was creating my Instagram page, I needed a username and guess what?
Even though I was skinny and known as starving Marvin, I set my username as "Shredded to the core", and continuously told myself I wanted to be shredded to the core.
Shredded to the core is not just a name to me, it was and still is my goal and standard I set for myself years ago.
📝 You have to see your dream/goals in your head, believe it and then act of it.
You're capable of a lot more than you can actually begin to imagine. Don't underestimate yourself.

Marvin Achi Climbs Up
The hardest mountain to climb is the one within.
I’m really scared of heights, but this time I was looking at something I always wanted to do - climb up a pyramid.
I knew I really wanted to climb but I was very scared, and the people around me didn’t help since they continuously talked about how scary and steep the climb looked.
But I wanted to do it. It was either I overcame my fear at that moment and accomplish a dream of mine or go home and live with the regret of not taking a chance at my goal.
Immediately I silenced the negative voice & doubt in my head and that blocked the voices around me that talked about how scary the climb was and began climbing.
What I’m most proud of myself for was trying. Trying to convince myself that I can, trying to take control of my mind, not letting others voices affect my capabilities.
I simply tried. With the new year approaching I encourage you to just try to take a chance at your goal.
