Veteran Nollywood actor and UNIZIK lecturer Patrick Okoye popularly known as Pat Okoye is dead.
Pat Okoye died in the early hours of 28th of May 2026. He is survived by his wife and children.
His Facebook page Pat Okoye TV announced his death and wrote:

Before his death, Patrick Chukwura Okoye was a popular lecturer and PROFESSOR in the THEATRE ARTS AND FILM STUDIES Department, Faculty Of Arts in Nnamdi Azikiwe University and an active Nigerian actor who had featured in a lot of Nollywood movies.
His students and fans are mourning him.
May his soul RIP.
