Ifeoma Obinwa as Ebele: Ebele whose real name is Ifeoma Obinwa plays the lead character in GIFTED. She is super intelligent and talented and gifted in tailoring. Ifeoma Obinwa 'Ebele' falls in love with Lolo and Chief Justice's son, Benjamin Ugo Touitou after Somadina Adinma 'Chima' got entangled in a loveless marriage with Lizzy (Oge Gabriel).

Maryann Apollo As Eucharia: Maryann Apollo played the role of Eucharia aka UK London in GIFTED. She is the wicked wife of Ebele's uncle who maltreats her.
Kenechukwu Ezeh as Adaobi: Kenechukwu Eze plays the role of Adaobi in GIFTED, a spoilt child who sleeps with different men, dull, unintelligent. She tries to force herself on Lolo's son, wants to marry him.

Benjamin Ugo (Ben Lugo Touitou) as Justice: Benjamin Ugo Touitou plays the role of Chief Justice's and Lolo's son who returned from abroad and gradually falls in love with Ebele.
Jennifer Eliogu as Lolo: Jennifer Eliogu plays the role of Lolo, the mother of Benjamin Ugo. She is a philanthropist who offered to take Adaobi and Ebele to a fashion school abroad.
Ebele Okaro Onyiuke as Ugochi: Ebele Okaro plays the role of Ugochi, a friend to Rita (Chinonso Arubayi), Ebele's late mother. She is Chima (Somadina Adinma's) mother and Lizzy's mother in-law. Ugochi knows the secrets of Cosmos, Eucharia and about Ebele's real father (paternity).
Ego Nworji as Nne: Ego Nworji flawlessly delivered her role as Nne, an old grandma of Ebele. She played the role of an old Igbo woman so well.
